The rooms were nice and very clean .the hotel was about 5 minutes from the boardwalk.It was a great location.when I went to breakfast the last day I was feeling a little tired the lady that was working the breakfast room saw I was having a problem and she came over and gave me hug and kissed me on my forehead and told me that she would make my waffle and told me to sit down and she would bring it to me and I thought that so nice of her. I would like to thank her again .

It was refreshing that during our 4 night stay, every day housekeeping cleaned the room and gave fresh linens and towels. It’s been years since we’ve received this type service. The breakfast and dining area were kept clean and stocked. All of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the location, as the west side of OC has numerous shops and restaurants we frequented. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. A huge thanks to the girl at the reception (unfortunately not asked her name, but we know that she is from Uzbekistan) for her help and attention. The room was on the second floor - spacious and clean room. They rested in January, but the room was very warm and the temperature can be adjusted according to their preference.

room was great for a family of five, shopping everything close by, center of town boardwalk was 2 minutes away which was great ,breakfast was very good! pool was nice size but water was cloudy and a little dirty .basketball net by the poolside in a bad location!! ,kept getting hit by the ball while trying to relax and tan by kids playing pool basketball.

The eggs didn't taste like real eggs and the sausage tasted more like turkey sausage than pork sausage. It was very bland. The waffles were good and the lady working the breakfast was very helpful.
